收到商品後,發現商品瑕疵或數量有誤怎麼辦?
Please ensure that the recipient records an unboxing video immediately upon receipt and checks whether the temperature has thawed, and whether the items and quantities are correct. If there is any significant damage to the fruit or temperature loss due to transportation, please keep the product in its original condition, take photos, and retain the damaged items. Also, contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery to request a replacement or return. The original packaging must be retained for returns or exchanges. Syunka-ya reserves the right to decline the return or exchange request if the original packaging is missing. Complaints without video evidence will not be accepted.
