Tochigi Prefecture is known as the "Strawberry Kingdom," and the strawberries grown here are not just sweet, but also embody the farmers' years of accumulated skills and respect for the land. Careful cultivation, solely to present the purest deliciousness. The "Tochi-Aika" strawberries introduced this time by Shunka-ya are a variety carefully cultivated by farmers in Tochigi Prefecture using natural farming methods and low pesticide use. The farmers respect the natural rhythm of strawberry growth, not rushing ripening or excessive intervention, allowing sunlight, air, and time to slowly build up the most complete flavor. Therefore, Tochigai strawberries have impressive characteristics: high sweetness, sweet but not cloying, rich yet delicate and natural aroma, thin and crisp skin, light taste, soft and juicy flesh, and rich flavor. Shunka-ya will be holding free tasting events for three consecutive weeks at the following locations: Tasting time: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM daily (limited quantity available each day, while supplies last). Event locations and dates: January 16 (Fri) – January 18 (Sun): city'super Fuxing Store; January 23 (Fri) – January 25 (Sun): Zhongxiao SOGO B1 Supermarket; January 30 (Fri) – February 1 (Sun): Mia C'bon Daye Store. Strawberry lovers are welcome to take this opportunity to sample the strawberries in person. For those unable to attend the tasting events, Tochigai strawberries can also be purchased online. Strawberries are a seasonal fruit, and quantities are limited. Orders will be shipped in order of receipt. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
